Ariel Faith, LLC Studio Session Terms and Conditions

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

Session Specific Terms

Refresh Studio Session

Session fee: $799, due in full at booking. What is included: 45-minute guided studio session, 5 fully retouched high-resolution images of your choice, 1 short-form reel, Brand Session Planning Guide, and personal brand usage rights. Upgrades available: additional images $125 each, or Full gallery upgrade: $550 after your gallery has been delivered. Gallery delivery: Your private online gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session date. Rescheduling: Requires 72 hours' notice. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of your original booking date.

Headshot Day Session

Session fee: $150, due in full at booking. Includes your choice of 1 fully retouched image. Additional images: Available for purchase after gallery delivery. Upgrades available: additional images $125 each, 5 images: $400, 12 images: $850

Gallery delivery: Your private online gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session date. Rescheduling: Requires 72 hours' notice. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of your original booking date.

GENERAL TERMS

The following terms apply to all sessions.

Payment

All session fees are due in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your session date and time. No session date is held without payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All session fees are non-refundable. Because session time is reserved exclusively for you, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason once payment has been made.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for your scheduled session without prior notice constitutes a forfeited session. No rescheduling option will be offered and no refund will be issued.

Usage Rights

Your session fee includes a personal brand usage license for all delivered images. You may use your images across your website, social media platforms, email marketing, press features, speaker bios, digital promotions, and other personal brand applications.

Images must remain unaltered in a way that misrepresents their original content. Credit to the photographer is appreciated wherever possible.

Copyright

All images produced during your session are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Ariel Faith LLC. Your usage rights are licensed, not ownership of the underlying copyright.

Artificial Intelligence

You agree not to use any images delivered from your session in connection with artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, including but not limited to training, generating, or manipulating visual content. This restriction applies in perpetuity.

Model Release

By booking your session, you grant Ariel Faith LLC and its assignees the right to use photographs from your session for portfolio display, website use, social media, and marketing purposes. Images used for promotional purposes will be presented respectfully and in the context of professional brand photography. If you prefer your images not be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

Photographer's Discretion

The final selection of edited images delivered to you is determined at the photographer's discretion. Not every image captured during your session will be included in your gallery. The photographer retains sole discretion over editing style and final presentation.

Limit of Liability

In the unlikely event that your session cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will make every effort to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time. If a rescheduled session cannot be arranged, liability is limited to a refund of your session fee.
